Great service. Professional and efficient. Only slight niggle was that I was asked to put my email address into the system for my receipt and was told I would receive a free gift on my next purchase which I didn't. Apart from that, lovely!

Bought knives and within 2/3 months there blunt, they’ve been hardly used within a private home. Customer services refuse a refund but are offering to sharpen them, good knives do not need sharping after so little use... DO NOT BUY!!Previously had IKEA knives lasted 10 years

The furiously expensive “fashioned in Japan” bread knife I bought as a special gift has a tiny text panel on the box saying, “Made in China.” I have no beef with Chinese craftsmanship but it wasn’t what I thought I was buying. It’s all about Japanese provenance in steel. The response from customer services? “All our products are made in China.” Fine - but not what they make even remotely clear.

Had a problem with a missing item and a faulty product but they were replaced without fuss and very swiftly. Good products generally.

I like the design and wooden handle, but they are dangerously sharp knives. I was very careful yet I've cut my fingers few times. Illiterally just touch the blade and you've got a cut. Knife should be sharp, but to the certain point.
